The scope of delivery work includes: network configuration, robot commissioning and online programming technology, cycle time optimization, quality and production support. As part of the project, our crew was trained at the KUKA Augsburg headquarters on the Integra 6 programming standard. All of our programmers have successfully completed the training.

Integration of the new Mercedes VS30 Sprinter models. Scope of work: offline integration, network configuration, robot configuration, tool configuration, position calibration, cycle time optimization, quality optimization, block adjustment, production support, problem solving. Delta Automation was responsible for programming KUKA KRC2 on the running assembly line. For the first time at Daimler, we programmed new ABB robots with the Integra standard.
